Community & Safety Guidelines
Community & Safety Guidelines
Last Updated: October 2, 2026
1. Welcome to the My Premium Learning Community
My Premium Learning ("MPL") is a learning platform operated by MP Nerds LLC.
Our goal is to create a learning environment where people can explore subjects, develop skills, challenge themselves, use artificial intelligence responsibly, and continue learning in a safe and respectful environment.
These Community & Safety Guidelines ("Guidelines") explain the standards expected when using MPL.
They apply to interactions and content across the Platform, including where applicable:
- user profiles;
- learning activities;
- AI interactions;
- user-created content;
- uploaded materials;
- quizzes and assessments;
- challenges and competitions;
- comments or discussions;
- collaborative functionality;
- messages;
- shared learning resources;
- feedback;
- community features; and
- other interactive functionality introduced by MPL.
These Guidelines form part of the rules governing use of MPL and should be read together with the Terms of Use and Privacy & Data Policy.
2. Our Community Principles
MPL is built around five core community principles:
Learn
Use MPL to explore, understand, practice, and develop knowledge.
Respect
Treat other users, educators, creators, contributors, and MPL personnel respectfully.
Think
Use AI and other learning tools to support your thinking rather than automatically replacing it.
Protect
Protect your personal information, account, intellectual property, and the privacy and rights of others.
Contribute
Where community functionality is available, help create an environment that encourages curiosity, constructive discussion, and responsible learning.
3. Respect Other Users
Everyone should be able to learn without being subjected to abuse or intimidation.
Users must not engage in:
- harassment;
- bullying;
- threats;
- intimidation;
- stalking;
- deliberate humiliation;
- targeted abuse;
- unwanted sexual behavior;
- repeated unwanted contact;
- malicious impersonation; or
- coordinated harassment.
Disagreement is permitted.
Personal attacks and abuse are not.
Criticism of an idea, argument, answer, or learning resource should focus on the subject rather than attacking the person.
4. Hate and Discrimination
MPL does not permit content or behavior that attacks, threatens, dehumanizes, or promotes hatred against people based on characteristics protected by applicable law or MPL policy.
Educational discussion of discrimination, extremism, historical events, controversial ideologies, or similar subjects may be permitted when presented in an appropriate educational, documentary, analytical, or contextual manner.
Context matters.
Using MPL to learn about harmful ideas is different from using MPL to promote hatred or encourage harm.
5. Threats, Violence, and Dangerous Behavior
Users must not use MPL to:
- make credible threats;
- encourage violence against individuals or groups;
- coordinate violent activity;
- glorify serious real-world harm in a manner that encourages imitation;
- provide content intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing; or
- encourage dangerous behavior likely to cause serious injury.
Educational, historical, scientific, journalistic, or prevention-focused discussion of dangerous subjects may be permitted where appropriate.
Where MPL reasonably believes there is a serious and immediate safety risk, appropriate action may be taken consistent with applicable law.
6. Protect Younger Learners
MPL is an educational platform and may be of interest to younger learners.
The safety of minors is especially important.
Users must never use MPL to:
- sexually exploit or endanger a minor;
- groom a minor;
- request inappropriate images or information from a minor;
- engage in sexualized communication with a minor;
- encourage dangerous contact;
- facilitate exploitation;
- expose minors to clearly inappropriate sexual content; or
- attempt to circumvent protections intended for younger users.
Content involving child sexual exploitation or abuse is prohibited.
Where required or permitted by applicable law, serious child-safety matters may be reported to appropriate authorities or organizations.
Parents and guardians should supervise younger users where appropriate for the child's age and circumstances.
7. Keep Personal Information Safe
Learning should not require users to expose unnecessary personal information.
Do not publicly share sensitive information such as:
- passwords;
- authentication codes;
- financial account credentials;
- payment-card information;
- government identification numbers;
- private addresses;
- private telephone numbers;
- confidential records;
- private information about another person; or
- other information that could create a significant privacy or security risk.
Users should be especially careful about information entered into AI prompts, uploaded files, free-text fields, and community features.
Never pressure another user to disclose private information.
8. Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence
AI is intended to support learning.
MPL's AI functionality should be used responsibly.
Appropriate uses may include:
- explaining concepts;
- generating learning paths;
- creating practice questions;
- summarizing topics;
- exploring ideas;
- identifying areas for further study;
- generating examples;
- practicing knowledge;
- supporting research; and
- helping users understand difficult subjects.
AI should not be used to:
- facilitate serious unlawful activity;
- harass or threaten others;
- create harmful impersonations;
- violate another person's privacy;
- deliberately spread deceptive information;
- circumvent safety controls;
- facilitate academic misconduct;
- create prohibited exploitative content; or
- intentionally compromise MPL or third-party systems.
AI-generated information can be wrong.
Users should independently verify important information.
9. AI Is a Learning Assistant, Not an Authority
MPL's AI features can help explain and explore subjects, but AI-generated content should not automatically be treated as fact.
AI may:
- misunderstand questions;
- produce inaccurate information;
- omit relevant context;
- generate outdated information;
- provide incomplete answers; or
- present uncertain information confidently.
Users should develop the habit of checking important information against reliable sources.
This is particularly important for information relating to:
- health;
- law;
- finance;
- personal safety;
- professional qualifications;
- academic submissions; and
- other consequential decisions.
10. Academic Integrity
MPL is designed to help users learn, not simply generate answers that misrepresent a user's own work.
Users are responsible for complying with the rules of their:
- school;
- university;
- training organization;
- employer;
- examination provider;
- certification body; or
- other relevant institution.
Do not use MPL to engage in:
- cheating;
- plagiarism;
- examination fraud;
- unauthorized assistance;
- falsification of academic work;
- impersonation during assessments; or
- other prohibited academic conduct.
Using AI to understand a subject is different from submitting AI-generated work as your own where doing so is prohibited.
Where disclosure of AI assistance is required, users are responsible for making that disclosure.
11. Competitions, Challenges, and Achievements
Where MPL offers competitions, challenges, rankings, achievements, rewards, or similar functionality, users must participate fairly.
Users must not:
- manipulate results;
- create fake accounts;
- use unauthorized automation;
- exploit technical vulnerabilities;
- falsify completion records;
- coordinate fraudulent results;
- interfere with another user's participation; or
- otherwise obtain an unfair advantage.
Additional rules may apply to individual competitions or challenges.
MPL may invalidate results or remove eligibility where manipulation or abuse is reasonably identified.
12. User-Generated Content
Where MPL allows users to create, upload, save, publish, or share content, users are responsible for what they submit.
Content should be:
- lawful;
- relevant where appropriate;
- respectful;
- reasonably accurate where presented as factual;
- appropriately attributed;
- safe; and
- consistent with these Guidelines.
Users should consider whether content is appropriate for an educational environment before sharing it.
13. Intellectual Property
Respect the work of others.
Do not upload or distribute material that you do not have the right to use.
This includes, where applicable:
- copyrighted books;
- paid course materials;
- examination papers obtained improperly;
- subscription-only resources;
- photographs;
- videos;
- music;
- software;
- proprietary educational materials; and
- other protected content.
Quotations, references, and use of third-party materials should comply with applicable intellectual-property laws.
When appropriate, credit the original creator or source.
14. Misinformation and Misrepresentation
Learning depends on access to trustworthy information.
Users must not intentionally use MPL community functionality to conduct harmful deception, impersonate authoritative sources, falsify evidence, or deliberately misrepresent fabricated material as verified fact in circumstances likely to cause harm.
This does not prohibit:
- opinions;
- debate;
- satire;
- hypothetical scenarios;
- fiction;
- academic discussion;
- good-faith mistakes; or
- exploration of disputed ideas.
Users are encouraged to identify uncertainty and distinguish facts from opinions when appropriate.
15. Impersonation and Identity
Do not impersonate another person, educator, institution, company, government body, or MPL representative in a deceptive manner.
Parody or educational simulation may be acceptable where the context clearly indicates that it is not authentic.
Users must not create misleading accounts or content designed to fraudulently obtain trust, information, money, or access.
16. Fraud, Scams, and Manipulation
MPL must not be used to conduct or promote:
- scams;
- phishing;
- fraudulent investment schemes;
- identity theft;
- payment fraud;
- credential theft;
- deceptive commercial schemes; or
- other fraudulent activity.
Do not use learning or community functionality to manipulate users into providing money, passwords, financial details, or sensitive information.
17. Cybersecurity and Technical Learning
MPL may support legitimate education about cybersecurity, software, programming, and technology.
Users may study topics such as:
- cybersecurity concepts;
- secure coding;
- defensive security;
- vulnerability management;
- privacy;
- encryption;
- network security; and
- responsible security research.
MPL must not be used to intentionally facilitate unauthorized access, destructive attacks, credential theft, malware deployment, or other malicious cyber activity.
Educational intent does not provide permission to access systems that you are not authorized to access.
18. Sexual and Explicit Content
MPL is a learning platform and is not intended for pornographic or sexually exploitative content.
Sexual topics may be discussed when legitimately relevant to areas such as:
- education;
- biology;
- medicine;
- health;
- history;
- sociology;
- literature; or
- other appropriate academic contexts.
Explicit content intended primarily for sexual gratification is not appropriate for MPL community functionality.
Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, and sexual content involving minors are prohibited.
19. Self-Harm and Personal Safety
MPL should not be used to encourage, glorify, or instruct users to engage in self-harm or suicide.
Educational and supportive discussions concerning mental health, wellbeing, prevention, recovery, and related subjects may be appropriate.
AI-generated content should not be treated as a substitute for qualified professional or emergency assistance.
Where someone appears to face immediate danger, appropriate local emergency or crisis services should be contacted.
20. Dangerous Challenges
Users must not create, promote, or encourage challenges that present a significant risk of serious physical injury, poisoning, suffocation, dangerous ingestion, reckless behavior, or similar harm.
Learning challenges should challenge the mind — not unnecessarily endanger the learner.
21. Spam and Platform Manipulation
Do not interfere with other users' learning experience through:
- repetitive spam;
- irrelevant advertising;
- mass unsolicited messages;
- fake engagement;
- automated account creation;
- artificial manipulation of Platform metrics;
- malicious links;
- misleading redirects; or
- other disruptive behavior.
22. Commercial Activity
Where MPL permits commercial or promotional activity, users must comply with applicable rules and clearly identify relevant commercial relationships where required.
Users must not use MPL to promote fraudulent products, illegal services, deceptive schemes, or prohibited transactions.
MPL may restrict commercial activity within educational or community areas to preserve the learning experience.
23. Malicious Files and Links
Do not upload, distribute, or link to:
- malware;
- viruses;
- ransomware;
- credential-stealing software;
- malicious scripts;
- intentionally compromised files; or
- deceptive websites intended to harm users.
Security-related examples may be permitted in appropriately controlled educational contexts where they do not create an unreasonable risk.
24. Reporting Content or Behavior
If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates these Guidelines, please use the reporting or support functionality provided by MPL.
Reports should be made in good faith.
Where possible, provide enough information for us to understand the issue.
Knowingly submitting false reports to harass another user may itself constitute misuse of the Platform.
25. How MPL May Respond
When we become aware of a potential violation, we may review relevant information and take action appropriate to the circumstances.
Actions may include:
- providing a warning;
- removing content;
- limiting content visibility;
- restricting a feature;
- invalidating competition or challenge results;
- temporarily restricting an account;
- suspending an account;
- terminating an account;
- preserving relevant information where legally required; or
- taking other reasonable protective measures.
The action taken may depend on factors including:
- severity;
- context;
- potential harm;
- previous violations;
- user safety;
- applicable law; and
- whether the behavior appears intentional or repeated.
26. Serious Safety Situations
Certain circumstances may require action beyond ordinary content moderation.
Where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, MP Nerds LLC may preserve or disclose relevant information in response to:
- valid legal requests;
- serious security incidents;
- suspected exploitation of children;
- credible threats of serious harm;
- fraud investigations; or
- other circumstances requiring action under applicable law.
Any such action will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our Privacy & Data Policy.
27. Mistakes and Context
Not every mistake is misconduct.
People learning new subjects will sometimes:
- misunderstand concepts;
- provide incorrect answers;
- ask unusual questions;
- express incomplete ideas;
- change their opinions; or
- make factual errors.
MPL should encourage learning from mistakes.
Moderation decisions should consider context, intent, severity, and potential harm where appropriate.
Good-faith mistakes are different from deliberate abuse or harmful manipulation.
28. Different Perspectives and Constructive Debate
Learning often involves disagreement.
Users may discuss different:
- theories;
- interpretations;
- philosophies;
- scientific ideas;
- historical perspectives;
- social issues;
- economic concepts; and
- other subjects.
Users are encouraged to challenge ideas constructively, consider evidence, and remain respectful of other participants.
MPL does not require users to agree with one another.
29. Educational and Documentary Exceptions
Some subjects that would otherwise appear concerning may have legitimate educational value.
Context may therefore be considered when evaluating material concerning:
- war;
- crime;
- historical atrocities;
- extremism;
- dangerous substances;
- cybersecurity;
- medical subjects;
- human sexuality;
- discrimination;
- violence; or
- other sensitive topics.
Educational context does not provide unlimited permission to publish harmful or unlawful material.
The purpose, presentation, detail, audience, and potential for harm may all be considered.
30. Account Security
Never attempt to access another user's account.
Users should:
- use strong passwords;
- protect authentication credentials;
- avoid sharing login details;
- secure their devices;
- watch for phishing attempts; and
- report suspected unauthorized access.
Attempts to compromise MPL accounts or systems may result in immediate restrictions.
31. Circumventing Safety Measures
Users must not intentionally attempt to bypass:
- content protections;
- age-related safeguards;
- account restrictions;
- security controls;
- AI safety systems;
- usage limits;
- moderation systems; or
- other Platform protections.
Testing or security research must only be conducted where expressly authorized.
32. Fair Enforcement
Our goal is to apply these Guidelines reasonably and consistently.
However, moderation decisions sometimes require context and judgment.
We may consider:
- the content itself;
- the surrounding context;
- the user's behavior;
- potential safety risks;
- applicable law;
- previous violations; and
- whether corrective action has been taken.
Where an appeal or review process is available, eligible users may use that process to challenge a moderation decision.
33. Privacy During Enforcement
Moderation and safety investigations may require us to review relevant account activity, content, reports, or technical information.
Such information will be handled in accordance with the MPL Privacy & Data Policy and applicable law.
We will seek to limit access to information to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
34. Changes to These Guidelines
MPL will continue to develop, and these Guidelines may change as:
- new functionality is introduced;
- AI capabilities evolve;
- community features expand;
- new safety risks emerge;
- legal requirements change; or
- we learn more about how users interact with MPL.
When these Guidelines are updated, the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
Where required, additional notice of material changes will be provided.
